This policy explains what information Adaya AI Lab ("Adaya", "we", "us") collects when you use our websites, products, agents, models, and APIs (the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what is needed to run and improve the Services.
01Information we collect
- Information you provide. Account details such as name and email, messages you send us, and content you submit to a product, including prompts, brand assets, and files ("Customer Content").
- Usage data. Device and browser information, pages viewed, features used, and diagnostic logs, collected to keep the Services reliable and secure.
- Cookies. Small files used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage. See section 09.
02How we use information
- to provide, operate, and secure the Services and to generate the output you request;
- to maintain accounts, respond to support requests, and send service messages;
- to analyze and improve performance, reliability, and product quality;
- to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- to comply with legal obligations.
03AI models and your content
We do not use your private Customer Content to train foundation models offered to other customers without your explicit consent. We may process Customer Content to deliver results to you, to operate the product, and, in de-identified or aggregated form, to improve quality and safety. Where a product offers model personalization, it operates only on the data you connect and for your own use.
04How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who host, process, or support the Services under confidentiality obligations;
- Legal and safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services;
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
05Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You may request deletion as described below.
06Security
We use technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA and the UK have rights under the GDPR, and residents of California have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
08International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for cross-border transfers.
09Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Services and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
10Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
